Fly Tying Materials       Our shop is conveniently located at 105 Yellowstone Avenue, right on the corner of Canyon St., in the heart of town. We are a full service fly shop offering everything the visiting fly fisher could need. We carry SAGE, St. Croix, and Diamondback rods, Ross, Pfleuger, and Hardy reels. You'll find a good selection of fly lines from Cortland, Rio, and Scientific Anglers, and the largest waders and wading boots selection in town: , Hodgman, and Dan Bailey's, lightweight, lightweight/breathables and neoprenes.

     We stock rod building supplies and have an excellent selection of hard to find  fly tying materials in our "Tyers' Loft" upstairs. We keep the largest selection of flies in town, and all the accessories you could need. All this and there is a casting pond just across the street for those interested in testing some of the newest rods on the market.

     Stop in to get the latest report on fishing, our shop staff are all avid fishermen and have a fresh report each day. They are knowledgeable, friendly and competent fishermen and clerks. If you have questions on techniques and styles of fishing and casting, or just want to stop in and say hello, come on in to see these guys.

Bob at the Bench      Bob Jacklin has been serving West Yellowstone fishermen for thirty five years out of the fly shop. A world class fly fisherman, fly caster, and fly tier, Bob has taught countless people how to fish and cast with flies. He is the President of the Rocky Mountain Council of the Federation of Fly Fishers(FFF), is one of the first certified master casters, and one of the finest people and fishermen you could ever meet. Here Bob sits at his fly tying room at home where he still ties his patterns for his shop. On  October 23,  2004  Bob Jacklin was inducted into the Fly Fishing  Hall of Fame.
